Most items ship in 24 to 48 hours! Small orders placed early in the day often ship that afternoon.

Orders requiring special attention, such as matching a lock code, or other adaptation may take longer. Of course, very large orders may take up to several weeks.

We ship internationally.

Returns

All returns must have prior approval and must have a “Returned Material Authorization” number on the package.  No credits will be issued until goods have been received and inspected.  You MUST call for an RMA number before you make any returns.

All items will be inspected upon return.  Any item returned at the convenience of the customer or due to incorrect ordering by the customer will be subject to a 20% restocking charge (This does not apply to warranty returns).  Special orders, or special orders for locks and/or keys will not be accepted for return.

All returns MUST be delivered by UPS or similar carriers.  We recommend that you use appropriate packing materials and insure the carton.  We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged.
